RETURNS & EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ?

We want you to be happy with your purchase…  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you ordered it may be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Before returning your item, please contact us with the following information about your order: Name / Order number and Subject / Cause of return, as we are always keen to improve your ArtjunaCollection shoping experience.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and the cost of shipping the unwanted item back. We recommend returning your order via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed .

Returned jewelry should be appropriately protected against damage by being shipped in the same packaging it came in. We will not be able to refund items that are received damaged, incomplete or showing signs of wear. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON’T ECCEPT RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 

- Earrings - Due to hygiene and healthy and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests earrings.

- Custom-sized and customised items (= items made in a different size/length/colour than the ones offered in the shop)

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUND ?

Once we received the returned item, it will be checked to make sure it meets the conditions mentioned above. As soon as your return is cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will notify you by email once your refund has been made. 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT NOW  ?

In case we have delivered the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to resolve this matter for you. Provide following details on the contact form: Name / Order number / Subject and a photo of the wrong item received. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM  ?

Exchanges are processed as returns, which means we will refund you for the returned item and let you place a new order at your convenience.

If you would like a different item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the “Returns" process as mentioned on top for a refund of the unwanted item.
