HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Your order is officially confirmed as soon as you receive this email.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
We’re sorry, but we’re unable to change the shipping address once an order is placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you can have it resent, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it’s correct.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we only ship within India. Sorry for the inconvenience!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES ?
We offer a 3-month warranty on our jewelry and accessories. This covers any kind of manufacturing flaw or breakage, but does not cover wear-and-tear from regular use, or accidental damage caused by a misuse of a product. If you have an issue with your jewelry or accessories, simply email us from the Contact Us page with your name and order number and a photo of the product. We will get back to you with the most appropriate solution.
CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE GIFT WRAPPED ?
All of our jewelry and clothes arrive packed and ready to be gifted.
CAN I SEND A GIFT FROM ARTJUNA COLLECTION DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ?
Yes, of course. Just enter the shipping address of your gift’s recipient and let us know his/her name. We do not include prices in the parcels and every item comes in a ready-to-gift packaging and a handwritten note.

YOU SAY THAT SOME OF YOUR JEWELRY ITEMS ARE MADE OF SILVER PLATED BRASS. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Silver plating is a process in which brass jewelry is coated with a thin layer of real silver through electroplating or mechanical sheathing. This is done to keep the product price more affordable while achieving the beautiful appearance and shine of real silver.
There are different types of silver plating. When the silver coating thickness is above 0.5 microns, it is referred to as ‘micron plating'. That is the technique we use for all our silver plated jewelry items. During this process the jewellery is immersed in a real silver bath and remains there for a while, until the silver layer thickness reaches the required micron plating level.
