DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIE ?
We offer a 3-month warranty on our jewelry and accessories. This covers any kind of manufacturing flaw or breakage but does not cover wear-and-tear from regular use, or accidental damage caused by a misuse of the product. If you have an issue with your jewelry or accessories, simply email us from the contact page with your name and order number and a photo of the product. We will get back to you with the most appropriate solution.
ARE THE TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ITEM ?
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the taxes and customs fees that are applicable to you. Artjuna Collection is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE GIFT WRAPPED ?
All of our jewelry and clothes arrive packed and ready to be gifted.
CAN I SEND A GIFT FROM ARTJUNA COLLECTION DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ?
Yes, of course. Just enter the shipping address of your gift’s recipient and let us know his/her name. We do not include prices on the parcels and every item comes in a ready-to-gift packaging and a handwritten note.
