DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES ?

We offer a 3-month warranty on our jewelry and accessories. This covers any kind of manufacturing flaw or breakage, but does not cover wear-and-tear from regular use, or accidental damage caused by a misuse of a product. If you have an issue with your jewelry or accessories, simply email us from the Contact Us page with your name and order number and a photo of the product. We will get back to you with the most appropriate solution. 

CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE GIFT WRAPPED ?

All of our jewelry and clothes arrive packed and ready to be gifted.

CAN I SEND A GIFT FROM ARTJUNA COLLECTION DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ?

Yes, of course. Just enter the shipping address of your gift’s recipient and let us know his/her name. We do not include prices in the parcels and every item comes in a ready-to-gift packaging and a handwritten note.

YOU SAY THAT SOME OF YOUR JEWELRY ITEMS ARE MADE OF SILVER PLATED BRASS. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Silver plating is a process in which brass jewelry is coated with a thin layer of real silver through electroplating or mechanical sheathing. This is done to keep the product price more affordable while achieving the beautiful appearance and shine of real silver.

There are different types of silver plating. When the silver coating thickness is above 0.5 microns, it is referred to as ‘micron plating'. That is the technique we use for all our silver plated jewelry items. During this process the jewelry is immersed in a real silver bath and remains there for a while, until the silver layer thickness reaches the required micron plating level.
